Come, fish with us! We are looking for children who want to be part of a tournament fishing organization. We have anglers of all levels of experience. We offer year-round fishing for youth and high school anglers. We host ten tournaments per year. The winner of each monthly event is based on the weight of bass caught. We operate as a team to compete. We are always looking for volunteer captains with boats, as well as volunteers to help with tournaments and add to the success of our program. If you are interested in joining our youth and high school fishing club or have further questions about our organization, please click here.
Gone Bassin is a non-profit, bass fishing club in Florida; open to kids from 2nd through 12th grade. We have junior anglers, as well as high school fishing. Our mission is to provide fishing education to children by teaching fish management, waterway conservation, and basic fishing techniques. Our program also adds purpose to their education by giving them real-life examples how STEM education items are used by anglers out on the water every day.
Many hands make light work and it takes a village to make this program a reality. Without the help and support of our parents, captains, and volunteers, we would not be able to make this happen. We truly appreciate your support. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here. Thank you!
David Feeman, President and CEO of Trapper Tackle, has been a huge supporter of our youth and high school fishing organization. We are excited to have him and Trapper Tackle on board again for our second year! Please support those who support our youth & high school bass fishing organization by purchasing their innovative products.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and maintain a quality program. Your contribution is solely used to support Gone Bassin functions or scholarships.
